Dear Key Vista Residents,

There have been home and auto break-ins over the weekend in Key Vista.

Please make sure you lock the doors and windows in your homes and vehicles. Remember to set home

alarms if you have one; and notify the Sheriff’s Department if you see

anything or anyone unusual on, or near your home.

Thursday December 18th there will be a Key Vista Board meeting at 6:30pm at the Clubhouse. All homeowners are welcome to attend.

New Year's Eve 2015 Party

Will be happening at the Clubhouse again this year. The party starts at 7pm. There will be food catered, and a live DJ, bring your own alcohoic beverages.

Sam's Club is making a personal visit to the 
Key Vista community’s clubhouse
on 
Thursday September 4th from 4 pm – 7 pm 
and we have specials just for you! 


We will be offering $10 and $25 gift cards (Depending on type of membership) to those who join as a new Sam’s Club member or renew their existing membership accounts. Join or renew on that day with the representative and you will also receive a small goodie bag!

PALM COAST, FL—Branch Properties is getting ready to launch a massive transformation of one of its newly-acquired Palm Coast, FL retail assets. The Atlanta-basedcommercial real estate firm is planning to redevelop Palm Harbor to offer a high-quality shopping center.

Branch and Michael Collard Properties acquired the 28.7-acre site from Chicago-based Inland Real Estate Group earlier this year. With a $40.8 million redevelopment loan from Synovus Bank, the owners aim to attract new tenants—and convince existing tenants to expand—in theretail center. The project hopes to revitalize the city’s original core.

Whether you're new to Key Vista or would simply like to get together with your

neighbors, we invite you to take a 'time out' and join us on Friday. June 20. from 7­

9PM at the Master Clubhouse. This will be a casual event and an opportunity to

meet and relax.

Who knows, you might talk with others who share your

interests or can introduce you to new activities. For

instance, do you play cards, golf, tennis, pickle ball? Are

you a kayaker, a boater, a sailor? Are dinner parties, movies,

shopping, or 'adventures' your 'thing?' The list is endless, or

the 'time out' could just be your time to unwind from a busy

week.

Bring your own beverage and a simple snack to share

and plan to enjoy yourself. Cups and plates will be

RE: REVISED TOWING POLICY IN KEY VISTA

Dear Key Vista homeowners:

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Key Vista Master Homeowners Association, Inc., we 

have been asked to send you the revised Towing Policy of the community to be effective April 23, 

2014.

The Board of Directors, at a Board meeting held on April 17, 2014, have voted and agreed to 

revise the current tow policy in Key Vista. The Tow company, A1 Recovery, hired by Key Vista 

will only enter into Key Vista to tow an illegally parked vehicle when they receive a call from any 

resident, employee or Board member of Key Vista reporting the illegally parked vehicle. The tow 

company has been directed to take all pertinent information from the caller, including the caller’s 

name, address and phone number before sending the tow truck. The vehicle in question must 

be in violation to be towed, and the tow driver is required to photograph vehicle before towing. 

All days and times still remain in effect.

IF YOU WITNESS A VEHICLE THAT IS FLAGRANTLY ABUSING THE PARKING RULES, IT IS YOUR 

RESPONSIBILITY AS A RESIDENT TO REPORT THAT VEHICLE. THE TOW COMPANY’S CONTACT 

INFORMATION IS: A1 RECOVERY, INC. 6129 SIESTA LANE. PORT RICHEY. 727 807-7959 

OR 727 536-5600. 

EFFECTIVE: 04-23-14

CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH YOUR VEHICLE MAY BE TOWED:

1-PARKING ON COMMON GROUNDS AND GRASS AT ANY TIME

3-PARKED ON KEY VISTA STREETS FROM 11PM-5AM

2-BLOCKING SIDEWALKS AT ANY TIME

(If you are having a party, you may obtain one day guest passes to park on the street from 

11pm-2AM.)

**YOU MAY PARK YOUR VEHICLE IN THE KEY VISTA CLUBHOUSE LOT ANYTIME 

FOR UP TO 24 HOURS, AND UP TO 72 HOURS WITH A PASS FROM THE CLUBHOUSE 

MANAGER. ANY VEHICLES LEFT IN THE LOT FOR MORE THAN 24 HOURS WITHOUT A 

PASS IS SUBJECT TO TOW.
